Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags, accessories, and inserts included

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within4-5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly. Replacement or refund will be provided at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at fauxsaint36@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.

  3. Ship the product back to us. Be sure the RA number appears on the package.
